Treatments
At the first session you’ll be asked
about your medical history, present state of health and other
related details.
Each treatment lasts for about an hour
including time for discussion. You’ll remain fully
clothed during the session, which may take place on a floor mat
or massage table, or on a chair.
At the end of a session you may be shown
some breathing and stretching exercises or points where you can
apply pressure, in order to consolidate the effects of the
treatment.
You may choose to come for a one-off
treatment but in general a continuing series of weekly sessions
is recommended to achieve lasting results.
Regular, ongoing treatments are
particularly effective for stress management.
